What can I do to prevent stretch marks from getting worse?
I'm 16 and weight 120lbs. The thing is that I don't understand how I got them. I run at least 1 mile and workout to keep my arms, legs, and abs toned everyday.
The stretch marks are on my outer butt. They aren't that bad, but noticeable. It's actually lighter than the color of my skin.
Can I get tips on how to prevent them from getting worse? Thanks in advance.
honestly? stretch and become more flexible all throughout the body.
not only does this stretch the joints but it stretches the skin (not in a gross way) but it makes it less prone to getting stretchmarks. i have a friend who's 16 and 120 as well. she doesnt stretch at all and has stretch marks on on legs. i stretch almost every night, i'm pretty flexible, and i'm 16 as well and the same height as her, but i weigh 140. i have no stretch marks.
if you want to make your current ones less noticable, tan your body in the sun, so it all becomes the same color. over time the marks should become less and less noticable, but this is at least a temporary solution
