What are some good products for lightening my stretch marks?
I used to be overweight and recently lost the weight but I got strech marks and I was wondering what could reduce their look...I know that they are permanent but I have heard there is some products that can reduce them. Thanks!!!
Try a cream with Alpha-hydroxy acid in it. It really works. I had my baby three months ago and had pretty bad stretch marks on my stomach and sides and decided to try this because my doctor suggested it but I wanted to see if I was really working or if they were just fading on their own accord. So I only put the alpha hydroxy acid on my stomach. Well my stomach stretch marks are now skin colored and faded and my side ones are still angry purple. It really worked!
If you just wanna try it out a cheap one you can get it Walgreens Nature's Finest Alpha Hydroxy Face Cream (thats what I use and its only $5.99 at walgreens)
Its like exfoliating your skin but since its chemical it goes slightly deeper and works better (not too deep. Still completely safe)
Also it may sting a little when you first put it on but since it really works I deal with it. Its not that bad.
